It is not an exaggeration to call it a madman before: you have to accurately calculate the intake of carbohydrates, protein and fat every day. What to eat before training, what kind of fast carbon should be supplemented after training, at what time of day should you eat, etc. For example: I was going to take my partner out shopping, but I thought, I haven’t trained today, let’s go after training. After training, I thought again that supplementing fast carbon at this time is the most suitable for muscle growth, so let’s go to eat Shaxian first. In this way, not only will it delay time, but it will also affect the mood of people around you. After all, humans are social animals, and we can’t say that we only consider ourselves, right? 3-division training, after a week, there is only 1 day of free time. If the weather is bad on this day, basically nothing can be done.

The final result of the training is that I don’t touch aerobics, don’t eat this, don’t touch that, pure muscle hypertrophy, weight rises to 80 kg, but it’s only because I take off my clothes to look good, and I’m out of breath when I go upstairs. I feel uncomfortable all over if I don’t go to the gym for a few days. If I eat and drink a lot for a few days, my abdominal muscles are gone and my chest is smaller. At this time, if there is no congestion, I look like an ordinary person without any trace of training. I am very decadent.

Now it is pure Buddhist fitness. In my opinion, it is more like a special sport: no longer obsessed with muscle gain or fat loss, but more about improving cardiopulmonary, endurance and improving body immunity. The advantage is that I rarely catch a cold and get sick, the whole person is in a better mental state, and the couple’s life is also maintained well (hey, not). In terms of diet, there is no need to stick to all kinds of fast-carb, low-fat, and high-protein diets. This kind of eating habit can easily cause rapid fluctuations in blood sugar, increase the risk of insulin resistance, and may cause type 2 diabetes; low fat will affect the absorption of various nutrients, and high protein will increase the burden on the kidneys. Again, when I was a student, I was young and idle, so I could have fun like this. After work, I have to change the way.

My current arrangement is: spend some time every week to maintain strength training, such as chest, back and legs in 1 hour. The rest of the time is skipping rope, swimming, long-distance running or speed running, such as running 1 kilometer in 4 minutes and 30 seconds, and then running 2 kilometers slowly. In this way, not only will I not fix my lifestyle because of my obsession with muscle gain, but I will also make better use of my leisure time, and my body shape can be maintained in a good state. In terms of diet, various coarse grains + pasta are the staple food, and I am not as taboo as before. I am also happy to eat some fatty food outside occasionally. After all, fitness is only a small part of life.

In general, after no longer doing hypertrophy training and adding a lot of aerobics, the whole person’s state will be taken to a higher level, although the body is not as dry as before, and the muscles are not as congested. But it brings positive benefits to life, work, and family, rather than just pleasing myself.
